Training

Employee training and development are top priorities for ICT. At ICT we train and develop our employees through a culture of open communication and a strong management commitment.

  • All supervisors have minimum OSHA 30 with many holding OSHA 510 and 500 credentials
  • Advanced supervisor training required for all field level supervisors
  • Safety professionals hold designations from the CSSE and ASSE
  • ICT participates in the Cooling Technology Institute certification program
  • We hold memberships in various trade and sub-trade associations
